Hello
Sharon,
My
name is Fred Risher and I'm a Producer for the new daytime talk variety show,
"The Megan Mullally Show" in Los Angeles. I was surfing the web and came
across your dog Chanda-Leah that paints and plays trumpet.
I
called your phone number and wasn't able to leave a message. I'd like to talk
with you about the possibility of Chanda-Leah coming on our show and
performing with our host Megan.
Please
call me at your earliest convenience or email a better phone number to reach
you at and I'll call you directly.
I've
attached some information on our show as well...
Thank
you so much for your time,
Fred
Risher
Mr. Risher and I had a nice
little conversation on the telephone this afternoon. He was
very sorry to hear about Chanda,
but...was very interested in 'Sparkle'. He gave me his
e-mail address, and told me to
keep him informed on the progress of Sparkle. He wanted
a dog that could paint pictures
and play the Saxophone. He should have called last year,
Chanda could do that...lol.
Maybe I will just have to start teaching Sparkle to paint!

Tommy took me to have my hair cut
... and I let him baby-sit Sparkle.
He walked up and down the Mall
with her in the bag. He said she was quiet.
His ears were at least 4 feet
away from where she was laying in the bottom of
the bag...he can't hear me when I
am talking to him in a loud voice...how could
he possibly know whether or not
Sparkle was crying. When he came back to
the Salon to get me, I showed all
the girls my new little baby. Their normal voices
reached a pitch that pierced my
ears. Why do people talk in such a high voice when
they see
a new puppy. It is really not a good thing to do. It's a great way
for Poodles
to wet the floor every time you
have company. I don't know about other dogs...but
I do know that high voice caused
Chanda to have accidents when friends and family
would come to visit. It's not
fair to set up a new puppy to make mistakes.
They don't need any help in that
department!
Sparkle was playing with Chanda's
wagon and puppy on wheels tonight.
I haven't laughed so hard in a
long time.
She is doing all Chanda's tricks
without me showing her 'how' to do them...
and better still...she isn't
asking for any treats.
It was so much fun just sitting
and watching her amuse herself.
Lesson learned
today:
The Lord has a sense of humour.
Chanda would sleep 23 hours a
day...and play one hour. I always
said she would
have been the perfect
dog for a 99-year-old woman.
Sparkle on the other hand, has a
very high energy level.
You don't suppose that she will
play for 23 hours and sleep one hour?
Now: what else did I learn
today?
Everyone, including me, can't
count.
Sparkle is 9 weeks old...not 8!
In case I make the same mistake
again...she was born June 8, 2006.
