Dog with largest repertoire of tricks.
This title was retained for the 4th time, by defending champion, the one an only Chanda-Leah. (AKA World’s Smartest Dog)
We here at PetHall would like to point out to Guinness that our records on Chanda-Leah show more than 1000 tricks.
We have been following the career of this amazing poodle since she first appeared in the Guinness Book of World Records in 1999. At that time Chanda was performing over 300 tricks. We were delighted to see her back again in the year 2000, beating her own record with over 500 tricks.
In the Guinness Record books for 2002 and 2003, we were very disappointed to see that not only were their records not up-to-date, but, they were not even accurate.
*Guinness should note that when a dog knows all the letters of the alphabet, it counts as ‘26′ tricks not ‘1′. If a dog recognizes A , B, C, and D, it counts as ‘4′ tricks.

If the dog wasn’t dead yet, it could well be soon!
The pilot and dispatcher made a quick decision. The plane should land as soon as possible, and Denver was the best alternative. But first they had to tell the owner.
Flight attendants were dispatched to get the the unwitting owner, Mike Bell, a quality assurance manager for Network Associates Inc. in Santa Clara, Calif. They hesitated at his seat: the screen saver on Bells laptop was a picture of Dakota, the dog in question, a 10-year old Basenji. Bell had raised him from a pup. Contd. click here
