Bear

The People of PetHall regret the loss of Bear. Bear who had lived a life full of love and devotion would have been   63 years old in human years. Below are the words of those  who knew him best.

Yesterday I lost my best friend Bumbly Bear.  Bear was a gift from Golden Rescue 9 years ago.  He was a happy and content Golden retriever.  He made everyone who met him a little happier.  This gift of love was given to myself and my wife during a very tough period in our life.  He made us laugh and we loved him so much. He loved to be around us and we loved to be with him too. He was getting old and gray and we knew someday we would have to deal with this moment.  That day came very suddenly.  He had cancer and was not for this earth much longer.  We helped him to the car (he loved to go for rides) and took him to the vet, we didn't know he had this disease at this time. He just didn't seem like himself.

Bear loved the vets too.  His tail wagged for the last time when he entered the office. He always got lots of attention there.  We gave him a drink of water and the doctor examined him.  A test or two and it was final. The doctor told us the bad news.  He was dying and very weak and I had that feeling, I knew we were going to lose our baby on the way to the office.  There was nothing that could be done for him.  We made the ultimate decision for him and kissed him on his big furry nose and held him tight till it was all over, and he drifted off to sleep. He never suffered, he just slept and went to heaven.  We miss him so much, I can't begin to tell you.  I sit hear with tears in my eyes.  Its something I have to do.  We know he is waiting for us at the rainbow bridge and we will be united again.  Thank you Bear for being there you will be missed and remembered.
